Bethany's men are joining together to strengthen our CMF and support our church. They have several projects that they are planning on handling this year that may require funding. In order to assist with this, the CMF held a pancake supper fundraiser for Shrove Tuesday, February 17. Sixteen men arrived at the church early Tuesday afternoon to prepare pancakes, sausage, and bacon to raise money and mark the last day of the pre-Lenten season. Traditionally this is a feast day to use up all the rich fatty ingredients before the days of fasting begin on Ash Wednesday. It was a feast too, for the eyes as well as the tummy.

Thank all of you for the delicious meal and thank everyone for supporting this first event of CMF. It was a great turnout of church people and community people with over 55 people enjoying the delicious pancakes and fellowship and contributing to the mission.
